ZombiU was never the break-out success that Ubisoft wanted it to be when the Wii U launched back in 2012, but thanks to the recent port of the game to Xbox One and PlayStation 4, Wii U players no longer have to suffer with offline servers. One of the unique features of the game is graffiti that players can leave on the floor for one another, describing traps and other horrors ahead. Similar to Dark Souls, this feature required servers on Ubisoft’s part. A few months ago, the servers disappeared and we assumes that was the end of support for ZombiU’s online features on the Wii U. Now, it seems as though they’ve been resurrected thanks to the game’s recent release on other consoles. While that’s great news for Wii U owners who enjoyed playing the game with online hints, it’s sad that it took this for the servers to come back. What do you think? Will you be playing ZombiU again now that the online servers are back? local_offer Nintendo wii u stars Further Reading Legendary Pokemon coming to Pokemon Go The cost of Nintendo consoles in today's dollars Wii U gets firmware update Watch the Smash 4 EVO Finals on Disney XD Take a peek at this week’s Nintendo Dow 9 things you probably didn't know about Super Mario Bros.
