Your Shape 2013, also known as Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2013, is a fitness video game made by Ubisoft and scheduled for release on the Wii U and other consoles in late 2012. Your Shape is more of a fitness coach than an actual video game, as it guides and helps you to get into better shape with a series of exercises. The previous games in the series were released on the Xbox 360, but Your Shape 2013 will be coming to the Wii U as well. In addition to aerobic and yoga workouts, Your Shape also offers strength training, however, you are required to have weights at your disposal.

Your Shape 2013 gameplay

Your Shape 2013
Your Shape 2013 gameplay relies on a series of training exercises designed to improve your conditioning and get you back in shape. Some of the exercises are regular aerobic moves that depend on high tempo and lots of movements, while others focus on more simple stretching and yoga moves. Your Shape 2013 guides the player with instructions to use the correct form and movements, in order to maximize their workouts and avoid injuries. This sort of “personal training” is available throughout the game. The Your Shape 2013 Wii U game modes include warm up, yoga, running, dancing, and stretching.
