I just sent mine through the washing machine and screwed it up royally. Kenshin0011 The meter shouldn’t be more than $9.99 anyway Blue Hernandez Has anyone actually gotten in shape using the Wii Fit? (serious question) palomino blue A lot of the strength training exercises (plank, pushups, lunges) are good if you are really out of shape or don’t know how to balance your body well or focus muscle groups. I enjoy the yoga portion actually. I mainly use it as a way to sync my meter from real exercise and track my progress. I don’t think the game itself will get you in shape if you are fairly active. But any time spent moving around for otherwise sedentary people is helpful. Blue Hernandez Thanks for getting back to me. MrTravan Yes. I actually lost about 50 lb a couple years back doing the wii fit, over a period of about 3 months. Blue Hernandez No way! That’s awesome dude! Ok well I might have to give this a shot then.
