Tengami has been available for some time on iOS, though its promised Wii U version was delayed so the team could focus on the release of the iOS version. Developer Nyamyam have been working diligently to get the game ready to go for Wii U owners, with the game finally being feature complete as announced by the studio’s blog. The version is finished (yay!!!) and we are preparing to go into Lotcheck, Nintendo’s certification process that is required for all games before they are allowed to go on sale. Before that can happen we have to get age ratings for Tengami though. The game is with the various rating organizations around the globe and it is really just a matter of waiting now. The process can take up 3 weeks and there is unfortunately not much we can do to speed it up. The original release date for the game was to be in June, but with the game going into certification and getting its age ratings at the beginning of July, it could be late July or August before we see the Wii U version. A PC version is scheduled to be released in August as well. If you’re unfamiliar with the puzzle platformer, be sure and check out the most recent trailer, below. local_offer Nintendo tengami wii u stars Further Reading A photo of Nintendo’s first office in 1 Nintendo loses patent appeal, ordered to pay Daniel Gonzalez Certainly looks like something I would expect to be on the Wii U. BIG Franky LOL….. more junk…. matthew garcia Even ios seems to have the upper hand on Wii u 00EpicGamer00 Hasn’t iOS always had the upper hand? Lol. matthew garcia Yes it has lol Magnus Eriksson Sadly you are right. Wii U became nothing but an overpriced showelware console. One good game this year and people are celebrating it as if it was state of the art. Sure Mario Kart 8 was good, but its still only one game… Its in its third year before things will loosen up. Thats horrible. Sdudyoy I’m sorry, but this game looks boring, the only thing that interests me is the art style, but other than that this game just looks really boring. audi lover Relaxing just think relaxing not boring, boring is a term for adhd Pete and 5 year olds or coke and crack heads on a cum down Sdudyoy Ehh, when it comes to video games I don’t want to relax, but opinion is opinion. Daniel Carvalho I have the same opinion. I don’t want to relax on a videogame, I want either action, strategy, a good story or just stay hours customizing something. THAT relaxes me! A relaxing game only makes me either bored or infuriated. audi lover Hahah you cant be in full time employment yet then other wise you would find anything that would could relax you, and as for using that awful word boring, boring only works if your adhd Pete a 5 year old with noting constructive to say or simply a coke and crack head on a cum down take your pic 00EpicGamer00 Why exactly are you spamming the comment section, telling people they should play “relaxing” games as apposed to good action games? If the only thing gaming had was “relaxing” games, then we wouldn’t have the many awesome game franchises we have today. Like Zelda, Metroid, some Mario games, Smash Bros, Star Fox, Pokemon, etc. The list goes on (I didn’t mention any 3rd party games either). Also, that ending remark is tad immature, don’t you think? audi lover Each to there own fella each to there own, i just find coming home from hard days work and putting kids to bed, half hour playing anything is relaxing wether cod or a Nintendo franchise. The end comment was perfect because i made you read and comment and if that’s not the purpose of this forum then i don’t know what is 00EpicGamer00 Okay, but that’s you, not me. Just because you have a busy life and only can play relaxing games, doesn’t mean the rest of us have to. And no, that end comment was not perfect, as it was immature and disrespectful. I’m not trying to be rude, but is English not your first language? Daniel Gonzalez I was thinking that same thing…. Some of what was said made me scratch my head. koopapoopas No one is forcing you to play Tengami. Just saying that it might be nice to play it before you go to bed. 00EpicGamer00 What does this have to do with what I said? I’d rather play Pikmin, Okami, or even Red Dead Redemption as “relaxing” games than this pathetic excuse of a game. koopapoopas He’s completely correct though. Nintendo surveys even ask if the game was exciting or relaxing. I’m not sure if you guys know this, but there’s a whole world of games out there with vastly varying experiences for all kinds of people. Remember that diving game for the Wii? That was great after a long day of work. Maybe people have adhd, or do too much crack now a days? 00EpicGamer00 “Remember that diving game for the Wii?” You mean Endless Ocean? Yeah I remember it, it wasn’t to bad. It was the perfect game to play when you’re stressed, that’s for sure. I especially liked the music in that game. The gameplay, though…was a little on the lackluster side. There wasn’t really a whole lot of things you could do in that game. Besides look at sea animals. I would of preferred if Endless Ocean was like an Ecco the Dolphin spiritual successor or something. audi lover Gaming is relaxing and vise versa, bet your one of these online gamers that’s constantly screaming down the head set at your online buddy’s, don’t strain to hard you might shit yourself audi lover What?? so you never relaxed with tetris, columns or any other thousand puzzle games, want about a relaxing romp through broken sword? The dig? Grim fandango? all fantastic and all quite relaxing you 13 year olds don’t know what your missing Sdudyoy First off, I’m not 13, second off yes I have played Tetris, it just bores me, I’ve played lots of puzzle games, just not very many that I enjoy, and I do relax while playing games, I just don’t like playing relaxing games. koopapoopas Good for you. Why do you keep spamming that opinion on this forum. ADD? Sdudyoy Because Audi lover keeps replying. Capt. Smoker What has working for a living got to do with gaming?, I work for a living, have a 6 year old who runs rings around me, yet I don’t play relaxing games or diss people because they don’t, your probably the only one on here making a case for it, this is the first argument i’ve ever heard over relaxing games, the fact websites don’t have a genre for it surely tells you something about it, don’t be putting other people down, a man who acts your age should know better. audi lover So you want to play games to give you what adrenalin rush? A buzz? What? Cause i can think of a thousand and 1 things to do outside that mashes any game playing so yeah when i play i relax wether that’s Tekken tag of the last of us i chill and forget about the worry’s of work and life if that aint relaxing i don’t know what is koopapoopas I wish they would bring Journey over to the Wii U. Michael Hancock You’ve never played Everblue/Endless Ocean. Sdudyoy I’ve played Endless Ocean, but not Everblue, My cousin owns Endless Ocean and my brother borrowed it, but I didn’t enjoy it. Michael Hancock O.O Clel wat i dont even. Jonathan Robitaille I too like to relax sometimes and games like Flower do the trick. Or the sailing and puzzles in WindWakerHD. But some people get different types of stress during the day and want to get out some aggression and might turn to fighting or shooters, and others want racers because they barely used their reflexes or mind at work. Who knows? But I hear what you are saying that just because something is relaxing does not mean it’s boring. Unfortunately there are about as many dudebro Sony fans in here as Nintendo so it’s a tough crowd lol Ducked I feel the exact same Capt. Smoker I’m with you on this one, nice art style, but unless your sporting Muramasa game mechanics or your a wolf, it’s just boring as fuck however you look at it, why buy this when you could just watch an anime online in the same style and be bored to tears for free?. Sdudyoy Now I want to go play Okami again! Capt. Smoker And y’know what, we can 🙂 thanks to backwards compatibility, amen my brother, thankyou for the sugar ^^ RyuNoHadouken who else glanced at this and thought Shin Megami was finished? LOL 00EpicGamer00 Definitely me, lol. It looks like it’s still in beta. XD 00EpicGamer00 This game looks so……pathetic. Why is the “world” so…empty? I get that it’s a “puzzle” game but…..I think this is the most empty “world” I’ve ever seen in a “game.” Even for an indie game. This is an example of a game with a good concept, but executed poorly. I like the concept of the world being made out of paper, and you have to flip parts of the world around to get through it but….like what Sdudyoy said, it looks so boring. Is there an actual point to this game at all? Like, is there a reason why we’re making this guy run around Japan? C4 Isolation? I dunno doesn’t like it to be honest. Would be nice if the world comes alive the more puzzles you solve, a bit like Okami. 00EpicGamer00 Yes! Exactly! That’d be so awesome. Each time you solve a puzzle the world gets more….life to it. But judging by this trailer, I don’t think that’s going to happen. RodneyASanchez The game is with the various rating organizations around the globe and it is really just a matter of waiting now. The process can take up 3 weeks and there is unfortunately not much we can do to speed it up. http://ur1.ca/hpuv6 Jared Garcia I want this just to say I want this. Really though, I do want this. ActivesiN gorgeous looking game, but doesnt seem like its all that fun Sheldon Williams Beautiful music and style. However it seems like a very watered down version of mist. There’s no conflict shown in this trailer. If the game is just walking around clicking on things I don’t think it’ll be that interesting. Prizm Like the visuals, but would be nice to see what you actually do in the game. Andre R if the game is like this trailer then i wll fall asleep FAST when playing this Epicstuf This game is looking BAD.
