Indie developer Notion Games might bring their upcoming 2D platformer “Super Ubi Land” to the Wii U eShop. According to the developer’s website, Nintendo is interested in the game and has asked them if they would like to develop for the 3DS and/or Wii U. In “Super Ubi Land,” players must help a character named Ubi escape from being imprisoned by the evil Dr. Terrestrial on Climate Island. The game features five worlds, boss battles, a unique soundtrack, and hand drawn art. As of now, the game is set to release sometime in 2013 for PC, Mac, iOs, Android, and Ouya. You can check out some gameplay footage here.
