If you have a few minutes to carve out of your rigorous Friday schedule and have been wondering what some of the Final Smash moves for some of Super Smash Brothers Wii U’s characters look like, look no further. Youtuber Master0fHyrule did the deed and uploaded all of the Final Smash videos we know of so far, excluding Samus Aran (which you can see right here) and Toon Link (right here). We’re still waiting on Diddy King, Princess Peach and King DeDeDe, and there are more characters yet to be revealed by Nintendo, so stay on the lookout for more if the video above doesn’t satisfy your appetite.

I love Luigi’s new Final Smash. It’s a great improvement over the old imo.

    • 00EpicGamer00

How dare you not love Luigi’s negative zone! *sarcasm*

  • Lusunup

I was dissappointed that they keep both sheik and zeldas smashes the same even though I thought they would change it up because they have separate slots now…. also links triforce slash will probably confirm toon links move is also the same -_-

    • LevenThumps

I thought Zelda would keep the Light Arrows, and Shiek would get a new Final Smash, but I was sadly disappointed.

      • Lusunup

it makes sense letting zelda keep the light arrow since it her signature trademark but isn’t Shiek suppose to keep hidden and not show off zelda’s trademark “oh hey I’m zelda as you can tell by my light arrows even though I try representing a male shiekah to aviod ganons capture.”

        • LevenThumps

Yeah, the Light Arrows are Zelda’s signature item. When they were one character, I could understand them having the same Final Smash, but I was really hoping for a change now that they’re split.

          • Lusunup

Hopefully it was just to showcase the new movesets at E3 and with a variety of characters to pick End of Day olimarand pimin (already an item again… makes no sense) shieks light arrow finals may change but I highly doubt it since there far into production.

          • LevenThumps

I forgot the Hocotate Ship was an item now, which makes Olimar’s Final Smash less original (I thought it was a pretty unique Smash in Brawl). I agree that these are the Final Smashes are probably set this far into development, but I wish more veterans had their smashes changed.

      • triplegamer3K .

Why even have shiek?People are wanting Gannondorf cut,but he’s more significant in the franchise than shiek.

  • atl hawks

I think the final smashes are gonna be an afterthought during the final moments of development. Surely Sakurai wouldn’t change Pit’s, luigi’s, kirby’s, and ZSS’s if that was the case

    • Cutcopy

With Palutena being a playable character, it makes sense to change Pit’s final smash.
I think they could have changed DK’s to something more Tropical Freeze but at least they added a bar so you can actually tell when to hit the button.
For Kirby, I wish the weapon would change like it did in Return to Dreamland.
Luigi’s is a bit more relevant to him. Negative Zone was amusing but very random.
As for Zero Suit Samus, she doesn’t return to armored Samus so she would require a new one that has enough power to KO (and it looks easier to use than Snake’s from Brawl since they are very similar)

  • greengecko007

Cool final smashes for the most part. I really like the gunship for Zero Suit Samus, and how the made DK’s easier to use.

  • Sonic 2099 The Hedgehog

I Love The Newcomers Final Smashes and i Love that all Normal Final Smashes are Back… Expect Luigi, Lucario and Charazard but i also Love them Final Smashes.

    • LevenThumps

You forgot Pit, Kirby, and Zero Suit Samus (although she’s a new stand alone character) as veterans with new Final Smashes.

      • Sonic 2099 The Hedgehog

Oh Yeah, Almost forgot. Thanks. Yes also those 3.

      • crocodileman94

And while DK’s Final Smash returned, they did buff it.

  • Imanol PĂ©rez Ramos

pit’s final smash is very overpowered!!

  • Gudleifson

And now for something completely different.

  • Clel

I will enjoy using the smash balls on the first night I get the game, then setting items to off for all time after that.

  • Nookling

Suprised Sheik and DK’s weren’t changed

  • companyoflosers

disappointing they didn’t change fox’s smash to something better. mega man’s seems too much like pokemon trainer’s smash from brawl. shiek as a separate character from zelda SHOULD have a different smash. i always thought the whole bongo drums thing with dk was a bit dumb even though i understand why its there. im pretty sure mega evolutions aren’t final smashes for the pokemon though. they may just be transformations that require certain circumstances to perform because they don’t appear to have a time limit and the characters don’t have the characteristic rainbow aura look around them while in those forms that most characters have when they get the smash ball. ive never been a fan of final smashes since it was introduced so i will more than likely have it turned off when i play so they dont matter to me AS much as they would other players but overall they seem a bit on the disappointing side.. except link but thats just cuz i love zelda games and im biased XD

    • greengecko007

If anything Fox’s landmaster needs a nerf. Fox has arguably the best final smash, capable of racking up lots of KOs. Being able to pick up enemies and push them to the top of the stage KOing them even at 0% is incredibly cheap.

Also, the mega evolutions for Lucario and Charizard have long been confirmed by Sakurai through Miiverse updates as final smashes.

      • Relick

I think it has been nerfed, the landmaster looks smaller than it was in Brawl and also doesn’t look like it can fly as high.

    • LevenThumps

Charizard’s Mega Evolution has been confirmed to be it’s FInal Smash. Lucario’s has not, but it’s strongly suggested because of Charizard.

  • “Diddy King?”

  • Fierce-Deity Link

    hmm… i have some complaints ….

first off, i have no problem with fox using the landmaster.. if/when falco returns he should be the one with the arwing… just what i think.. mario’s fire thing is fine as well.. can’t really think of anything else …. feel the same about pika, sonic, bowser, marth as well… those fs are fine…

onto zelda and sheik.. zelda should have the light arrows.. no doubt… but sheik? 0.0 why not have like a needle storm or something? meh…
as far as link goes.. ehh.. i was hoping he’d use the skyward strikes or at least use the lightning sword that he used against demise.. it’s still badass but now toon link will probably have the same >.>

luigi’s.. hmm.. it’s fine.. i still prefer the neg zone but this fits him more…

yoshi.. umm… does he ever actually turn into that dragon shit? someone enlighten me.. i thought he would have had a giant egg or something… blehh..

dk’s is fine… people just dont know how to use it.. u throw someone off stage [if u could hit two the same way that’d be even better] and use ur special next to the edge… and they are f****… not sure why people think it sucks.. besides, he hardly has anything else to use.. i’ve played tropical freeze and nothing there seems like a better fit..

as far as the new characters.. i think their fs are fine.. and the one’s changed like kirby’s are awesome…

i just hope captain falcon doesnt’ have his blue falcon again.. would prefer something more meleeish…

    • triplegamer3K .

yoshi turns into it after you eat a certain thing in smw,i think. But they exaggerated it ALOT in the smash universe.you have been enlightened.
(But if you wanna go there what the hell kinda mario game did the pluck giga bowser from?)

  • john

Kinda disappointed that a lot of these are recycled from last game. Some of them work really well, but ones like Mario’s finale and Link’s triforce thing seemed like they were the very first ones thought up in brawl and they could have used an upgrade. Mario’s finale wasn’t really that in-character for him; there was nothing Mario-y about those twin dragon fireballs.

And Link and Toon Link share the same smash again? That’s kinda lame. The new ones looks phenomenal though.

  • nintendope

KDJ will always be legendary for taking that hit to let us see Megaman’s Final Smash.

  • Lusunup

Why were our comments deleted. Nothing was wrong with them.

    • LevenThumps

I don’t know, but the only comment I can still see is “waiting to be approved.” Nothing was wrong with them, as you said.

  • therealruben1

    Diddy King whos that?
