Namco Bandai took the time today to explain why Soul Calibur 2 HD Online won’t be making an appearance on the Wii U. According to them they have to platform loyalty, but the Wii U install base is just too small to make a port for that version viable. Here’s the full statement: “We have always been willing to try any platform if there is enough demand. Project Soul doesn’t have any attachment to a particular console; only the desire to achieve the greatest results possible for the platform chosen.” This is an understandable position for a niche publisher like Namco Bandai, who must make the most of sales for each platform. Still, for Soul Calibur fans who would like to play the game on their Wii U, hopefully sales for the console will pick up enough for Namco Bandai to consider it worth publishing for. local_offer namco bandai Nintendo soul calibur 2 wii u stars Further Reading Nintendo loses patent appeal, ordered to pay Nintendo was brainstorming about Switch when CEObrainz The same people who are working on the new Smash right? The Wii U will have a big enough user base once they release that game so perhaps we will be seeing the game, just later on. Magnus Eriksson Did Melee had that effect on GCN? CEObrainz Melee sold over 7 million and Brawl sold over 11, with those figures you could estimate that new one will sell over 10 million (Wii U only), that will certainly help increase the user base. oontz That would mean that every Wiiu owner would need to buy 2+ copies or that 6 million people are waiting for Super Smash Brothers to come out before buying a wiiu system. CEObrainz There are many who are waiting for the new smash that both have a Wii U and don’t have one. There are also people who will pick the game up after release either because of hopefully decent reviews or because of bundles that may come up at the time of release. oontz “Many” maybe yes but over 10 Million? Think that’s just being wishful. Daniel Gonzalez Not everyone who owns a Wii U are going to buy it, just like not everyone who owns a PS3 or 360 will buy a CoD game. Even those who don’t have the system, might not even buy the console for that specific game. Nothing wrong with wishful thinking, just don’t get your hopes up on it, but I digress. JB I totally believe that given the popularity of Smash, it will move a good number of units. The bad part is that Nintendo decided they wanted to go against themselves. They are releasing it on the 3DS as well. I would imagine that there are a good number of folks that own the portable that don’t have a Wii U that will opt for that version instead. CEObrainz Yea, I said that in another post. The 3DS version, if it has the same amount as content as the Wii U version, may sell more and attract players to that system instead. But with the delayed launch of the 3DS version at least the U has time to rake in as many players as it can. Daniel Gonzalez Did they say that 3DS version was going to be delayed? CEObrainz I think so, I may have misread a past article though. Daniel Gonzalez Exactly. That may very well be the case. For those people it could come down to “Why would I wanna get the Wii U version if I already have a 3DS?” You’re right, that certainly is a big possibility which could hurt the Wii U sales side of it. JB Unless Nintendo has some major trick up their sleeve via some sort of promotion, bundle or a major cross-platform hook they’ve yet to announce, then I could see Wii U sales suffering a bit in the process. Daniel Gonzalez Or hurt each other. Magnus Eriksson How many of those 7M do you think already own a Wii U? My guess is about 80%. That wont move to many consoles. CEObrainz Well my estimates are long term, such as the data I used for that. In the long run it will sell millions, but I do think the 3DS version will sell a lot more which in this case isn’t too great for the Wii U. Daniel Gonzalez In the long term is certainly possible, but that depends on how many people own a Wii U by that time. Daniel Gonzalez That would hold true if the Wii U’s install base is anywhere near 7 million. It sounds like wishful thinking to me too, but who knows, you could be right. We’ll have to just see. Daniel Gonzalez Perhaps, but it will take more than Smash to get the Wii U out of decline. However, it will certainly help matters. Fred For me X is more of a system seller then Super Smash CEObrainz By the time Smash is out, so will other games that would have already helped increase Wii U sales. Clel Yeah, Smash AND advertising are what would get the Wii U out of decline. Daniel Gonzalez Doubtful. Takes more than one game. Don’t dismiss the competition either, cause even their rivals will give them a hard time. JB I’d like to see the game later on myself, but one has to wonder how much interest will people even have in Soul Calibur II that far down the line? Especially after the likes of Mario Kart and Smash. I know I’d be one of those people, but it may be too late by then for a release, unless they decide to port to all next Gen systems as well. CEObrainz Yea, perhaps another “ME3” will happen and then they will complain when it doesn’t sell well or you never know, it may just sell decently. JB Of course sometime after Smash could be a good time to release SC II HD, After all it has Link in it, Smash has Link in it, generally anything with Link sells. It would be a good marketing tool, especially if they played up the fact Link is in it. All the marketing and videos could enforce that. Heck, they could even give a eShop discount to those that buy Smash and SC as a combo, like they did with the 101/Pikmin 3. Ice Climbers Or they could do something along the lines of what Lucasarts did with Starkiller in Soul Calibur 4. Lucasarts used Starkiller’s inclusion in Soul Calibur 4 as an advertisement for Force Unleashed. Nintendo could do the same by using Link’s inclusion in SCII HD as an advertisement for a new Zelda game on Wii U. JB That’s an idea, but Zelda Wii U is probably too far out. I was thinking more or less short term to drive sales of Soul Calibur. Plus there’s the whole cross-promotion bit, being that Namco has a hand in the development of Smash. Clel All your comments are about Smash Bros lol CEObrainz I just love the Smash Bros series! Archiq09 WiiU can use pc memory namco… CyanideInsanity Its not the storage that’s the issue, its the cost of porting it to work with the wii u hardware vs profit from sales. Daniel Gonzalez If there’s not enough Wii U owners, it’s not profitable. They’d like to port it to the Wii U, but they don’t want to risk losing money. SmashFinale They’ll probably do it eventually… Magnus Eriksson Another great title lost Nintendo. Time to get up some steam and make the Wii U attractive. A quick fix would be a free Virtual Console for NES and SNES games, thus attracting old school gamers. They are family fathers (and mothers) now. It will make itself a place in the middle of the family. Then people might use the pad everyday, as you first planned. Magnus Eriksson 61.8M had the original NES/FAMICOM and 49M had SNES. Reach out to them, they are many. And they are too old for the fanboy crap anyways. Make Wii U a gaming museum for old fans. Make new games for them and their families. It would cost you nothing, but it would make the masses cheer you. Fred It actually would cost them, but that doesn’t mean it wouldn’t pay off. Magnus Eriksson It wouldnt really cost that much. Emulators runned on voluntarly basis proves this. Its not that high cost. Sure, they wouldnt make money from it (again and again), at least in direct sales. But honestly. If they are the best the industry can offer, sure they could come up with new stuff… And really, they are not making money of it now either… Fred I don’t claim to know how much it costs to make the emulator. But if you’ve ever studied economics you’ll know the term opportunity cost. This applies very directly. Plus, if old man Fred buys the Wii U because NES and SNES games are free and he loved those games back in the day and Nintendo sells Fred that console at a loss and then Fred just plays NES and SNES games on it (I mean why would be buy games when he has so many fun FREE games) then Nintendo is in a losing proposition. Why does everyone think Nintendo owes them something. If you like their stuff buy it, if you don’t then buy something else. Magnus Eriksson Its not about owing, its about make themselves attractive. Nintendo IS NOT making money now, so the argument is really not valid from an economical perspective. And this is games that already made their money. Its a very low cost thing too. The ROMs are very small, and it would make people to use the pad everyday as N. wanted. That way they would get up sales of other stuff. When you play Mario or Zelda you would probably be interested to look at the newer versions too, wouldnt you? Its nostalgic commercial for their newer products. JB I see what you’re doing. I think that’s a pretty good idea, but how much would it cost for licensing though? Nintendo published games, sure they could give those away for free, but what about games on the VC from other publishers? I’m sure that has to cost them something for redistribution of IP they don’t own. Magnus Eriksson That is of course a hatch. But they could still release the stuff that is their own to do whatever they want with. And they could probably make some sort of deal with Capcom and the like with launches of their franchises. Street Fighter II is a good warm up for SFIV etc. Fred If I had free access to all the NES and SNES game i’d probably never have enough time to play them all so No I’d probably never buy the new stuff it would become a time issue If releasing VC games is as cheap as you say it is then it’s almost pure profit. Can they currently afford to forfeit their most profitable stream? That depends if it increases it in other places then yes they can, but I don’t know if it actually would. ItzameyaToad I must disagree they are making money just maybe not as much as they are with the 3DS. Bjørn Tennøe I have a _very_ hard time believing they can support R&D with their current sales trend. ItzameyaToad R&D? Not sure what that stands for. Bjørn Tennøe «research & developement». In this context, low unit sales and meager profits per unit will not cover Nintendo’s pre production expenses, including the salaries of most of their employees. ItzameyaToad They have over 10 billion in the bank…have made profit on 3DS by selling over 30 million…. Nintendo has made plenty of profits off of the Wii U even if it has low sales at the moment. As someone said to me in a comment once on the topic of Nintendo dropping the price of Wii U(which I showed some concern) here is what they had to say “Nintendo makes money more on their software than their consoles. They were slightly in the profit region on selling consoles, but nothing astronomical. Still the Software being in house and already being paid for is a huge advantage. They don’t owe money unless they need publishing for exclusives. Still exclusives like X, Bayonetta 2, should be able to sell themselves. I genuinely don’t think they are as desperate as many try to imply.” Nintendo Is selling enough WIi U units and making enough from other areas such as 3DS and Wii’s, and Wii games that they have more than enough to cover there expenses. Bjørn Tennøe I stand corrected 🙂 My own «research» in the context of Nintendo’s financial situation was poor, I based my assumptions on non sourced comments. Will try to improve. palomino blue A subscription based service for the whole catalog of NES/SNES games would go a long way in this instance. That way people would be paying monthly to relive the glory days and Nintendo could recover the cost of the console. Fred Now that might work. I wonder if they’ve considered it. Magnus Eriksson Could be, but it wouldnt be a very radical move. Nintendo sold less than 4M Wii U in a year. Compare that number to the best selling consoles the last 3 generations. Its quite evident that they need to do something very drastical now. There is not a chance that they will sell for example 75M this generation with a slow start like this, unless they throw something in the bet. I think go all in with free NES and SNES games could be such a move. It would pay off on the sales of their best titles. Mario Kart Wii sold just under 35M. Wii Play sold something like 25-30M. Mario Galaxy sold about 10M. Wii Fit 20M or something like that. That is excellent numbers that brought in a lot of money. But it was on a console with a huge install base, 90M or something like that then, about 100M today. In contrast NSMBWii sold about 25M on the Wii, its brother NSMBU sold just above 2M on Wii U. Thats less than 10% of the Wii sales, of course because a much smaller install base. With a higher installbase it would sell much more. Bjørn Tennøe Plus it would have helped if they supported their own controllers. At launch you couldn’t play NSMBU with the pro controller, and you still can’t control characters with the game pad in multiplayer. Those extra forced hardware sales feels unwarranted IMO. Wayne Beck You realize they actually have to remake every virtual console game to put them on the Wii U right? They don’t just copy it off the old cartridge and slap it on the eShop. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of games on the NES and SNES. Nintendo has already put the fix in place. That is why they have 12 exclusives coming out this year. That’s why they have already announced AAA exclusives for the begining of next year. That is why they did a price drop. The fix is already in place, it has only just started. Magnus Eriksson They dont “remake” them. Its emulated with some small new features. Edit: That fix was appearantly not enough. Wayne Beck Do you somehow believe that Nintendo is going to announce something one day and the next day sales are going to sky rocket? That is not how the world works.. If the fix works, you will see sales spike at the end of this month, fall back down next month and gradually grow through the holiday. Nintendo isn’t going to suddenly start selling a million consoles a month. Magnus Eriksson That is the problem you see. You are right in every aspect here. Sales wont pick up immeadatly. But Nintendo needs 3rd parties onboard NOW. They must do something drastical. What they have been doing until now clearly dont work. They must get out from their comfort zone. Free VC on SNES and NES games is one such suggestion that could kickstart everything. There might be other solutions too, but this is at least one possible directions they could take. Im sure you would agree if it was Nintendo that announced such a thing as what Im suggesting here. Wayne Beck I really don’t know why people keep saying that.. Nintendo does NOT need third parties on board. They have not had third parties on board for twenty years now. It has not stopped them yet. It’s not going to stop them this generation. It’s not going to stop them next generation. Yes, it would be nice if Nintendo got more third party games, but they have not, do not and will not need them. People buy Nintendo to play Nintendo. Magnus Eriksson It already have stopped them this generation. And they had HUGE problems with GCN too. Nintendo 64 didnt sell good too compared to its competitor (drop any unrelated talk about SEGA here). That Wii sold good had to do with other factors, as being way much cheaper than both PS3 and XB360, and introducing a type of gameplay that could attract alot of people who was not traditionally into gaming. So yes, they need 3rd parties badly, and they admit it too. To say that they dont is just pure ignorance. NES: 61.8M SNES: 49M N64: 32.9M GCN: 21.75M Wii: 100M Compare to bestselling competitor: SEGA MS: 10-14M SEGA Genesis/Megadrive: 37.5-42M Playstation: 102.5M PS2: 155M PS3: 75M In NES and SNES era Nintendo sold 68M more consoles than its strongest competitor. Back then N. had great support from 3rd P. In N64 gen it lost much of its 3rd P. support to the newcomer Playstation. Selling 69.9M less consoles. In GCN gen it lost almost all of its 3rd P. support. Playstation 2 got most of it. Selling 81M less consoles. In Wii gen it had basically no 3rd P. But introduced new gameplay. Selling 25M more consoles than its best competitor PS3 Gen 1&2: +68M Gen 3: -69.9M Gen 4: -81M Gen 5: +25M So, what are we looking at when we look at Wii U? Thats really the question here. Without 3rd P. its certainly not comparable to Gen 1&2. Is it comparable to last gen? No, the sales does not point in that direction, and the gameplay doesnt seem convincing. At best we are looking at Gen 4, but with even less support. I think free VC could be a smart move here, just to give it a kickstart. Of course Nintendo need to do something clever to reach out to 3p too. But more sold consoles is at least ONE argument they could use. Pikachief From what I’ve read from interviews with 3rd party developers is that microsoft and sont REACH OUT to them when making a new console and afterwards for fuure titles and Nintendo normally doesn’t. Sounds like Nintendo messing it up big for YEARS. Arthur Jarret That’s actually BS, I also read that Bethesda interview… but there’s an interview of 2011 with bethesda on this site – http://wiiudaily.com/2011/07/bethesda-to-support-wii-u-if-its-powerful-enough/ – that sees Bethesda saying ‘yeah, if the wii U is powerful enough we’ll be making games for it!’. Flippety-flippety-flippety-flop Meanwhile, you hear a lot of small and large developers are in talks with nintendo, the discussion is pleasant and open – nintendo offers advice and guidance, but doesn’t impose any decision. In other words: They aren’t making games for wii U because the adoption rate is low. Then they spin some PR BS – so it seems they are not at fault in any way and they can avoid crazy nintendo fans. Arthur Jarret Even nintendo said it when they announced the wii U – how they have focused on getting increased third party support to get the core gamer back. So people probably keep saying it because the company started it. Arthur Jarret They only need mario, super mario and mario kart. Maybe some pokemon, too. http://vgsales.wikia.com/wiki/Best_selling_game_franchises I wonder when the next direct will be? (you know, a full one that includes surprise announcements) Magnus Eriksson You think so? I think they need a very quick fix. Getting third parties on the boat now. All those games you mention here must first have effect, and most of them are set in a distant (by Nintendo console life measures) future. We are already one year in the life of the anticipated six years. Those games will take effect next year. Btw, I mentioned only NES and SNES as free VC. They could still sell N64 and GCN games (of course GBA, DS etc too) on VC. Yeah, I wondered the same the other day. Didnt have a Wii U exclusive in a while. Arthur Jarret Nah, I don’t really think so – but I do think that getting sonic as an exclusive, as well as platinum games were good steps in the right direction. Not quite enough steps… so let’s hope we get a surprise announcement soon to drive interest. They should at least re-announce that they are working on metroid to drive some interest (as they already said that there would be a wii u metroid before the wii u released) – show more footage of X and either court studios for mainstream exclusives – paid for, lest a rayman scenario re-occurs – or buy studios outright. Magnus Eriksson Metroid would certainly do it for me. But I dont want to put my own interests in centrum as an argument. I think they must do something radical, and something they can do now. In a perspective it will help selling new games. Arthur Jarret I just came up with a decent idea to solve the issue, actually using one entry of my list above… Weekly legendary, otherwise unobtainable, pokemon distribution using wii u’s spotpass function. Only one Wii U to 3DS transfer allowed per pokemon. Seeing how many people bought Pokemon channel on gamecube JUST for Jirachi… it might sell a lot of systems if 25 rare pokemon are promised to come with it… And before you dismiss it, keep in mind – these hardcore pokemon fans go to an event at a themepark, wait hours inline to get in with their 35 dollar ticket just to get a single distribution pokemon. Meanwhile, the weekly distribution model would keep the pokefans from flooding the market with used wii u consoles. Magnus Eriksson I dont thik thats a bad idea at all. Its in the right direction acknowledging that something need to be make here. However I do not think Nintendo will try any of those suggestions, mine or yours. I think they will go on as they always did, and therefore lose this generation. Arthur Jarret They could also try advertising again… you know- like they did on the wii. I don’t know about the US, but here there are some posters in toy stores and that’s it… I wouldn’t really mind a gamecube scenario – as they did make great games for it – and I really don’t care if nintendo turns a massive profit or not (I don’t own any stock), as long as it’s not a total bust and they’ll stick around for another generation. Magnus Eriksson The only problem with GCN scenario. It would probably not pay off now as HD generation made it much more demanding to produce games – that is more expensive. If we want Nintendo consoles in the future I think its clever not to wish upon on such a repeat as the GCN gen was. Zombie Boy What they NEED to do – and it’s so bloody obvious – is look at the big sellers on the 3DS and release Wii U versions. A Wii U Pokemon game would attract many fans, as would a Wii U Luigi’s Mansion and a Wii U Animal Crossing. At the moment it’s as though they’re spoiling one child and starving the other, putting themselves in competition with themselves! They know they can make money off these franchises, so why don’t they? And before anyone says “They wouldn’t be able to sell any 3DS’s, then…” – The 3DS is a handheld. The ability to play those same games (or watered-down versions, anyway) while on the move is it’s selling point. That is why people WOULD still buy it. Arthur Jarret The great games on 3DS are actually the problem for Wii U. After the poor initial reception of the 3DS – nintendo had to seriously re-organize their recources to ensure a constant stream of quality titles for 3DS to warrant sales. Due to their internal development teams all working on 3DS titles to save it – progress on the in-progress wii U titles for the launch window slowed considerably – leading to delays of most announced games, and likely unannounced ones. If they hadn’t done this, the 3DS would have been dead in the water instead. I think a similar push for constant software releases will happen for wii u – but there’s a big difference in that the wii U actually has decent competition, where the 3DS only has the vita to go up against, which has some amazing games itself – although those lack mass appeal within the portable market. Zombie Boy I agree, but Nintendo have made it clear, for example, that a Pokemon game won’t even appear on the Virtual Console (I don’t count spin-offs as ‘real’ pokemon games). Why? Because they want to keep it exclusive to their handheld. Great for the 3DS, very poor for the Wii U. It’s this kind of thing that illustrates my point. I really hope this push for constant software releases DOES happen. I love my Wii U and want to see it succeed! But while we do have some corkers coming out in the foreseeable future, we really need to get those third party devs back on board to fill the gaps inbetween, and to do that means big crowd-drawing games have to be released. Games such as the ones I’ve listed in my comment above (which is why many third parties are happy to develop for the 3DS but not the Wii U). Magnus Eriksson That is a very good idea too. I didnt say my was the only possible solution, but at least ONE possible one. Like your idea too. Arthur Jarret I think wishing for anything won’t matter one way or the other. We can only wait and see. The development cost could be a reason why some developers might choose wii U as a playform once there’s an audience for their games – because obviously the underpowered console is easier & cheaper to develop for. Most next-gen engines have been confirmed to be working, too (by the original creators – even though some publishers claim otherwise). So the wii U could have a bright future as soon as it finds it’s initial stride… unfortunately, despite amazing titles like pikmin 3, wonderful 101 and the popular monster hunter series – it hasn’t found that stride yet. I don’t think the price drop will be enough to initiate that push they need. I hope I’m wrong, though. Magnus Eriksson I agree on the pricepoint concern. I really didnt get why they did this only? A lot of retailers have already been doing it for a while now, so it wont probably matter. Arthur Jarret wow, replied to myself by accident. Brain fart… Andreas Sunde They usually have a Direct around TGS. Last year they showed us Bayo2, I’m expecting at least one big reveal. TGS is sept. 19-22. Arthur Jarret Good to know, thanks! ItzameyaToad I hope to see more news for the fall WIi U system update. Interested to see if they have new features planned or what improvements they will have. Archiq09 I know to steam has already wanted to be the online system of the wii u. ItzameyaToad I don’t think Free is the best option but maybe something like lower some of the games to 50 cents or a dollar for awhile, lets say a year. If that where the case then yeah I could see a double benefit for Nintendo. Magnus Eriksson But that wouldnt be a radical move. ItzameyaToad It doesn’t need to be a radical move. If they can show all the old school gamers that they could access all of there favorite old school titles for 50 cents to a dollar they could get alot of old school gamers on board while making double profit, profit from the game sales and profit from them buying Wii U’s. Magnus Eriksson Then I dont think N. will stand a chance this gen. It is evident that they MUST do something to 1. attract consumers. 2. get 3rd P. onboard. They must solve 1. to get 2. As it is now there is not many other solutions as far as I can see. Even if they get 5 or 10 great 1 p. titles next year its a total lackluster. What I propose they can do now. Waiting for those games then it wont pick up until its too late. Already one year in the lifespan. Next year it must compete with two others. Maybe them will have problems too? But please look at PS history before saying something like that. PS worst selling console until today sold 75M. Thats way more than Nintendos worst selling console. Its best selling console sold 55M more than the Wii. ItzameyaToad 1:I believe that Nintendos first party games will attract consumers, just like more solid games attracted people to buy 3DS 2:As more people buy Wii U’s as a result of more 3rd and first party games more 3rd party will jump on board And this isn’t Microsoft or Sony we are talking about haha we are talking about NIntendo. 5 or 10 great 1st party titles from Nintendo will be far from lackluster.Nintendo will be fine with what they have planned which is release great first party games grow the install base, get more 3rd party on board than are currently, get alot of Indie support and maybe do some deals here and there to attract customers. In the end though I don’t know why you are comparing Playstation life sales to Nintendo as I didn’t really say anything that would bring up those two. I just said that if they did what you said but instead of free charge a small amount they could make a profit from it on top of making a profit from Wii U’s sold. Really though why do people care which console sales the most?I mean Sony is the only one who truely needs there console to be a success. Otherwise who cares so long as each company makes a profit and sells a decent amount and satisfys the fanbase. SonicLucario Put Link into it and people will buy it Daniel Gonzalez I’m sure they’d like to do that. Course there has to be enough of an install base for it to happen. Fred Gamestop sold out of the Wind Waker preorders because it had a Gannondorf statue. You’d be surprised the power of the Zelda franchise on sales. Put Link in it and it will sell. Daniel Gonzalez We hear about this often. Same old news. At least they were nice about it and didn’t bash the console. Props to them. Magnus Eriksson Yeah, thats it. They were nice. But being nice to Nintendo wont help them. They have to become radical now, do something new and unespected. I think a full release of all NES and SNES games, for free, on Virtual Console could be such a drastical move to attract old school fans. They have families now, and that way Nintendo can make the Wii U a centerpiece in houshold entertainment again. Then the third parties might come. Win some, lose some, thats the game. JB It doesn’t even have to be full release, maybe at least all the games that was released on Wii VC. Either that or perhaps increase the amount of weekly releases with quality game. The full launch really should have had waaay more games than it did. ScrewAttack I’ll never understand why they weren’t ready to, at the least, offer up a far great number of VC titles, maybe not at launch, but by the end of the launch period. Adding a few a week isn’t really good enough. Blazenwing Agreed. This ‘one to two titles a week’ bull is really getting to me, especially when they don’t offer anything good. Like the week they put up three(!) versions of Street Fighter 2 for the SNES. (I might get flamed/downvoted for technically calling SF2 nothing good lol) But it’s like, did we really need three slightly different versions of the same game and nothing else? Or the week where they only released I think Spelunker. *Who* was that release for? Who is dying to play NES’s Spelunker in 2013, when they still haven’t released Super Mario 1 or 3, any Zeldas save for the first, Mario 64, Mario RPG, Chrono Trigger, etc etc etc. The list goes on and on. I try and defend the Wii U as much as I can, but their virtual console releases for the system have even left me speechless, and not in a good way. They had months between the release of the system and the release of the VC to get countless games working on the gamepad, if that’s what is truly holding them up. One NES game a week that ten people have heard of is not cutting it, not when there are a lot better games waiting for the conversion (and my money!) Yuri Barros Yeah, I was looking for just one game worth buying, but instead I went for the wii shop channel, there was some good games that nintendo could just f*cking port to the wii u. ScrewAttack The big what’s the hold up for me- N64, GC titles. Where are they!? They should’ve lead with those! everyone I hate to say it but we know why they haven’t been doing a large scale release. By only putting out a small number a week, they get lesser games more attention and downloads as opposed to releasing everything and only the major hits receiving downloads. I don’t agree with it but its a business move. I would like to see a more steady release of the more popular ones though. SuperSonicBrawler What Nintendo needs to do is start releasing GameCube games on the Virtual Console. GC games are pretty much nonexistent everywhere but eBay now. If they were to release Super Mario Sunshine, Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, Animal Crossing, Mario Kart: Double Dash, Super Smash Bros. Melee, the list goes on, I’m positive they’d sell a ton of consoles. Magnus Eriksson The only problem is that those games didnt sell consoles back then, and probably wont now. But I agree that those games should be on Virtual Console. I think this would be a clever pricing: NES: Free SNES: Free N64: 5-8 bucks GCN: 8-10 bucks Wii Select: 10-20 bucks Gregg Cerenzio So, games from 2 of the best consoles of all time, should be free? I don’t follow…. Majora’s Mask ness i agree free but not snes games demos i agree but lowering the price would be cool like nes free snes 2-3 n64 5-6 gc 8-10 wii doesnt need vc just yet FlashFan207 F-Zero GX!! I can’t find it anywhere! If Nintendo released that monster on VC, I think people would pay for it. And it would give me an opportunity besides Smash Bros. for some Captain Falcon! Bjørn Tennøe Another radical move: offer the Wii U without the game pad and without optical disk. That would surely shave costs and allow a reduction in price, thus enticing new customers. To replace the functionality of the game pad they could sell hardware to augment iOS devices. If they threw in a 3DS emulator for iOS as well, Tim Cook might be enticed to negotiate a pretty awesome deal. Apple would benefit greatly from having access to Nintendo IP. Magnus Eriksson I think that could be a smart move. However Im very sceptical that Ninty will do this. But it surely would cut the costs. Bjørn Tennøe If Ninty won’t roll over, I’m hearing mr. Elop is looking for a new position. A few years with him behind the rudder and their back will be broken, all ready to be acquired by the EE… et voila, Zelda on Lumia! 😀 zerooooo *They insulted it in the nicest way ItzameyaToad I agree good for them. Lets just hope they have the Wii U version on the back-burner ready for release when the install base is bigger. Rich Garriques nintendo needs a soul calibur game , this isnt fair , they havnt got a soul calibur fighting game since gamecube. Daniel Gonzalez Life isn’t always fair. It’ll change in the future if there is a large enough install base. Farespokemon Guys…..wasnt the GCN version of SC II (which had link) was the most selling one?! Daniel Gonzalez I don’t think that matters now since that’s two gens ago. Namco is thinking about now. Wii U doesn’t have the install base, so with Link or not, it’s not in their best interest to take the risk of losing money over porting. Arthur Jarret Sad, but true… Also, the reply to this post made me cry… Mark My biggest hope is that the the install base grows large enough to become attractive; as of right now, I can understand why Namco Bandai made the choice they did. Bob Wilkerson This game is not making it to XB1 or PS4 either at least for now for the same “Install Base” reasoning. They didn’t really insult the Wii U and left the door open for possibility so maybe one day. Hope that they change their mind and include Link as a character as he was great in the GC version of Soul Calibur Daniel Gonzalez If sales pick up, there’s still a chance of it happening. JB Link alone made Soul Calibur II for GCN the definitive version! He fit so well within the universe. Hopefully they will change their mind and eventually bring it. Smartass2 It’s not that hard to port a game. That’s a poor excuse. Fred So they’re putting it on the 3DS for sure then right? I mean it is the best selling console for several months running right now Satoru Iwata We are working on that. Severus Swerve Wii U has this constant patter of 3rd party games NOT coming to the system. It annoys me a lot. I wish I could have a Nintendo system as my main system. Alas it’s just on the side waiting for exclusives whilst another console has to be the prime. I heard the Xbox One without Kinect 2.0 is a little more than the Wii U. Makes me wish the Wii U dropped the gamepad and had the same specs. I can’t see 3rd parties arguing with it then Petri This game is pretty much a quick cash grab they want to play safe. Zorpix Hopefully these stories will change after Christmas :3 Satoru Iwata With your support, that is quite possible! Nintenjoe82 At the risk of many downvotes, I don’t think these stories will change regardless of how well the system does after xmas. The Wii sold amazingly but I still only remember loads of stories of what it couldn’t do or wouldn’t play. I’m surprised this story wasn’t accompanied by a reminder that Soul Calibur 2 sold best on the lowest selling console of its era. Daniel Gonzalez With the help of Link, I’m not surprised it was the most sold version. Even with that said, it’s not going to change anything now. It sucks to lose out on a quality game like SC, but at least they weren’t cruel about it. Their statement was justified. only god can judge me This news is not suprising at all it seems all third parties are following this trend.Nintendo needs to release their heavy hitters on a consistent basis because if third parties are abandoning the console right now while the ps4 and xbox are not even out they definitely won’t be coming back in the future.I honestly believe that every little bit of support helps yet unfortunately the videoo game industry as a whole want to see nintendo fail and that by doing so they choose not to support the system unless you come out the gate selling like the wii. springer85 Heavy hitters on a constant basis?LMFAO Took them 10 months to release Pikmin 3 that was supposed to be a launch title!! The Big Nintendo games do not arrive till mid next year, so no 3rd party will risk making a game until they see the user basis increase!! only god can judge me The only way nintendo will be successful is if they bring out their first party titles. They have the best first party in gaming. They need smash bros and zelda wii u. springer85 Not arriving till mid next year and by that time it will be to late!! Yen Because it’s ever too late to sell things. only god can judge me U right from a certain extint but I’m sure they will be worth the wait when they arrive. Davor Peterlin You have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Satoru Iwata News will get better for Nintendo. Please be patient. springer85 They have been patient for nearly a year and still have to wait ANOTHER 10 months till the big Nintendo games arrive!! LOL ScrewAttack Which, for the generations that started gaming before the HD era, is barely a wait at all. The damn HD generation brought in so many impatient, self-entitled children (and man-children). trevelyn412 LOL! audi lover Thats a fair comment but ill be happy playing AC black flag, watch dogs, splinter cell, zww, dk and the other 9 games I havent yet completed in that time, you probably have to wait till your mummy buys you your games springer85 LOL I am so stupid springer85 LMFAO the REAL reason is that the Gimmick U is a steaming pile of cack with a lame user base and would be a total waste of time and money especially after the epic fail Wonderful 101. Clel LMFAO YOU’RE SO RIGHT OMFG I’M LAUGHING SO HARD RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!! NINTENDO PIECE OF POO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Clel Little typo in the article: “According to them they have to platform loyalty” springer85 I mean Seriously Nintendo why are you releasing Mario on the same day that the Xbone One launches?are you kidding me? Mario will get obliterated by the next gen, what a stupid mistake!! Clel LOL SO RIGHT!! springer85 Get a new console the Wii U is dead!! Yen My and millions of other Wii U are still beating. I don’t think you understand the meaning of “dead”. springer85 3.6 Million in just over 10 months after Nintendo forecast was 10 Million first year!!! Wii sold 11.6 Million first year!! Gimmick U is totally dead!! Yen You usually hate when Nintendo fanboys bash the Vita. The Vita sold 2M in the first TWO years. While its main competitor sold 30M. Even then, I wouldn’t consider it dead, but by your logic it is. Meanwhile, 3.6M in 10 months? That’s about as much as the PS3 and 360 sold in the same time. By your logic, they’re all dead too. Yet, the PS3 and 360 clearly did fine. springer85 LMFAO do not lie the Vita has sold 5 Million in 2 years!! Also the Vita is a handheld we are not talking about handhelds we are talking the Gimmick U home console!! Yen Oh I’m sorry, 5 MIllion in 2 years. Meanwhile 3DS sold 30+ in the same time. But okay let’s not talk handheld. Doesn’t change my point about the PS3 and 360. NkoSekirei ur kind is gonna be dead after i get through troll hunting season Pikachief I’m sorry we’re all sold out of Xbox Ones and PS4s but we do have plenty of Wii u’s for only $300 and A New Zelda HD and Super Mario 3D world. Yea that release date will definitely kill sales. Especially Since anyone wanting a launch say ps4 or xb1 probably bought one a while ago. Lol Elem187 “Namco Bandai explains why Soul Caliber II won’t be coming to Wii U” I can tell you why. Because Nintendo gamers don’t buy ‘core’ games… they buy Pacman, Mario, Zelda. But I think Soul Caliber would probably sell better than this new Pacman game will… Although I might buy the pacman game for $15-$20 because I’m a sucker for nostaglia. I loved playing Pacman in the arcade when I was a kid. ScrewAttack Despite what you may have been told. Mario and Zelda are core titles. Not to mention SC2 on GC selling the best. It literally is just as NB say- waiting for that user base swell, which’ll come over the next few months. Hell, I look forward to being able to Get SC Online next year, I loved SC2 and 3! If we could get a new Street Fighter, a Marvel vs Capcom, maybe even a Mortal Kombat I’d be well happy. Never really got into Tekken though. audi lover Pacman? You must be on lsd springer85 The top 20 selling Wii games….17 were from NINTENDO!!! So with the Wii U Nintendo decide to attract the core gamer?LMFAO!!! springer85 The Wii first year got Wii Sports free,Twilight princess at launch and then Super Mario Galaxy in the first year!! The Wii U first year you get 2 Mario rehashes, one the same as the Wii but with just HD and the other an exact copy of the 3DS game, no Zelda no new Wii Sports game and you wonder why it is not selling? The Wii was not rushed, the marketing, launch games everything was spot on……….so why 6 years later did Nintendo do everything wrong with the Gimmick U launch? I mean the Wii was launched along side the PS3 and still did great. CyanideInsanity The wii u isn’t any more of a gimmick than the wii. SGTMAR I really wonder what all these publishers are going to do when the Wii U starts moving serious numbers. “Oh hey Nintendo, remember us. We just sent you an e-mail!” Reggie will be like: “That’s weird, I didn’t get it”…buuuuahhahaha Baum 「ツリー」 niche Publisher? Namco Bandai is friggin’ huge in Japan and for the biggest part even in Europe oO Truthteller All of Ashley’s articles are totally subjective and full or brown nosing for Nintendo. She can never write something truthful, even if negative, without ending it with her spin to agree in a decision or to put down one. This is why journalists are supposed to just write only the facts because you then get caught up in trying to please the audience and sell something as opposed to just telling it like it is. Lately, all I see are Ashley articles. It is as if John go dumped. I read Home Theater Magazine, and their reviews read like Ashley’s articles: The event What it is It is not too great at this – but still buy it It is perfect! The end: I don’t need it and most people don’t, but I would highly recommend it. Clearly they write to not piss off the manufacturers of the product because without product, they have no magazine or ads. The problem is, we don’t get the real deal. They will review a $5K Blu-Ray play and right that it is every bit as good as the Oppo $500 one (the one they crown as THE overall best regardless of price), but still worthy of it’s price. BS. audi lover Leave the woman alone Ashley does a bang up job Truthteller If she were writing with the opposite tone, you would want her removed. NkoSekirei how about remove ur self from this site u dam troll starwars360 Agreed he is one of fewer trolls bashed on here and need to get banned, Also he and other trolls been Wii U and PS Vita’s basher fans. Anyway trolls alway getting feeds every single days. I am Xbox fans the fact but still respect to other consoles, handhelds and PC. I owned Xbox 360, Wii U and PS3 and I loved them all of course but Xbox 360 is best but each consoles got their own fun, good time into gaming on each, each got some great exclusive titles and lots more about them. Trolls the fact need to get life and quit thickhead comments. 🙂 Lil J Moore This is a question I need to ask. Now let’s say console sells for the Ps4 and Xbox1 aren’t really that good. Will companies just abandon putting games on their systems too? springer85 LMFAO PS4 pre orders are ALREADY at 1.5 Million and Xbone One 1.3 Million, they will both have awesome launches. Lil J Moore So what. WiiU had that many preorders and settle down after a while. Same thing will happen to them. springer85 LMFAO!!get real!!PS4 has 15 first year EXCLUSIVES, and the Xbone One has 13 first year EXCLUSIVES!! The Gimmick U had 3 Exclusives!!! LMFAO Lil J Moore Name me these Exclusives please. springer85 LMFAO!!We only know the first 5 that are for launch,Sony has promised at least another 15 in the first year. Go and cry as the Wii U is dead!! Lil J Moore Your dodging the question. So you have no point. Then have a good day man. springer85 Sony has not said what all of the exclusives are yet you tool!!! Suggest you go and Google it and you will see how many first year they are getting!! Go and play your huge system seller flops Pikmin 3 and Wonderful 101!! LOL Lil J Moore You said 5 for launch. What are they? springer85 Here is the list of the launch ones and article about 20 exclusives u Ninty Slurper!! http://www.giantbomb.com/forums/playstation-4-8451/20-exclusive-ps4-titles-in-the-first-year-let-s-gu-1440216/ Suck on that Gimmick U!! LOL Lil J Moore Infamous doesn’t come out till next year. Most of those Indie titles are coming to Xbox1 and WiiU. springer85 LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The PS4 is getting 20 exclusives first year, the Gimmick U had 3 and you think the PS4 will not sell after launch?LMFAO Just as Pikmin 3 and wonderful 101 were epic fail cack!! Yen Clearly someone can’t count if I can count at least 10. starwars360 Lol you incorrect bastard troll. Wii U got lots of exclusive in first year!!! From Wii U launched last year Christmas to Christmas 2013. Here every list of Wii U got now and getting it. So it is 14 games so your incorrect about 3 games. The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD Super Mario 3D World Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze New Super Mario Bros. U The Wonderful 101 Pikmin 3 LEGO City Undercover ZombiU Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games Nintendo Land New Super Luigi U Game & Wario Wii U Fit Wii U Party You alway incorrect trolls. Lol Daniel Gonzalez To be fair, a launch period goes into next year, so with that said, it is a launch title. I’m not here to take sides on you two’s argument, but the article is spot on. Lil J Moore So by that logic The Wonderful 101, Mario 3d Land, Zelda WW HD, and DKTF are also launch titles? Daniel Gonzalez The launch period for Wii U lasted until March. So no, there’s no logic in what you said there. I just do my research. You are misinformed, and that’s fine. Not everyone is aware of that. As for PS4’s launch period, that’s something only Sony can announce. Lil J Moore Lol. I was just messing with you. At least you aren’t a immature child like springer85. I can have a good argument with you without having some childish reply. Daniel Gonzalez I can respect that. As for springer85, not much can be done for his type. While the has good points, he ruins it with his disrespectful words. I wouldn’t pay any mind. The admins will deal with him eventually. Lol. NkoSekirei stfu retard no one listens to a troll that speaks out of his @$$ springer85 I am a Dumbass LMFAO Blugrave We better Get that!!! I want to play as LINK! Sylux Same answer so same question? Does it come to PS4 and Xbox One? Probably yes, but these systems have an install base of 0!!! So pls cut the crap and say you don’t want it on WiiU. In this case I’ll give benefit of the doubt to Namco Bandai as I like them but seriously getting tired of this. Yes it has a low install base and if every game skips the system install base will stay low. There I said it. What a relief 🙂 Agent721 Totally understandable. Arthur Jarret Ultimate solution of how to get this game on Wii U: 1) Hang around gamestop. 2) Check all day for anyone who asks about the xbox one or ps4 and wants to pre-order either 3) Force him/her to buy a wii U at gunpoint instead True supporters of the wii U will do this! And soon, the wii U will so popular it will be sold in PC stores as well – and then we’ll be able to enslave the master race too!! Darkness Well, time for me to take out my pistol and run to Gamestop lol. I am only joking Daniel Gonzalez Lol. Whatever you had today, please share it. Pikachief Its not on Wii U because they want every version of the game to run with proper and full online support. … Im kidding! Dont hurt me D: Yoshifan3 randy dont tease these people, they will devour your entire body and soul. Christophe Tremblay I have a question.. Why isn’t all Wii Virtual console titles available for Wii U ? I mean I know you can play them with the Wii channel, but I’m talking about gamepad support ans stuff like that !! Christophe Tremblay Why isn’t at least all Wii VC titles available for Wii U ? I mean not by the Wii Channel but with gamepad support, I can’t believe it takes months to port a game ! zeldabazaar nnnnnnnnooooooooooooooooooooo =( crock7owu10 Hey Ashely, you should try real sourcing. This was content from our site and you need to state the fact that Examiner got this interview and news. Proper sourcing is in order here. Thanks in advance for maintaining professionalism. Daniel Gonzalez Is there a source that proves that? Daniel Gonzalez I don’t see how they’re the same. Plus, this kinda news is covered by most media outlets so I don’t see how the content is the same unless she copy/pasted your article word from word. That one is debatable. crock7owu10 I literally have the interview sitting in my inbox still. This is ours, was no one else’s and I personally don’t care what you do because reputability clearly isn’t important to you if you don’t fix it. That quote is word-for-word ours. Sourcing Examiner is not that hard to do. Daniel Gonzalez Well, you can leave claims if you wish, but like I said, from where I look, I don’t see how it’s taking sources from your article. No use crying over spilled milk over it. It shows a link to the source, so I don’t see what your problem is. You may claim to have the interview in your inbox, but that’s something you’d have to prove to the admins on the site, probably should take it to them instead of leaving a comment on the article. crock7owu10 It’s obvious the content is from Examiner. Just put our site’s name in the article. She even links to us! It’s blatantly obvious. I really don’t care to pursue things past this since it’s not worth my time. But don’t worry, we’ll remember this. Daniel Gonzalez Just for your information, I don’t work for this website, so you’d have to talk to Ashley or another admin to the site. You’re talking to the wrong person for that one. Least that’s what it looked like you were implying. If not then my mistake. Even so, I don’t see the issue here. I think you’re exaggerating, but that’s just me. TheWichi If you dont want him to talk to you about that, you should not respond him when he is not talking to you… he was talking with Ashley. Just saying… Daniel Gonzalez Well, this is a public site, so I can actually respond to anyone as long as I’m not disrespectful and it was justified. I gave him my two cents on his claims and left it at that. Plus, he should’ve contacted the admins on the site instead of leaving a comment that could stir up trouble. You’re entitled to your opinion, but I don’t follow it. Just saying. readypembroke My HUGE question is….. is this that time where dumbo Truthteller gets his troll on? He should be banned from commenting. NkoSekirei dont forget springer85 he should be on the ban hammer list too readypembroke Somebody is hatin on us lawl! Extra Vinegary Don’t get me wrong, I love my Wii U, but things are not looking as what Nintendo said it would be. I thought with the Wii U, that it would be the only console I need and all 3rd party games would be available on the platform. Nintendo said we could expect better 3rd party support, but it looks like the Wii U will be the same as the Wii. I’m okay with that though, there were some great gems on the Wii and I expect the same with the Wii U, but it looks like I’m gonna need a PS4 also this generation. It’s disappointing though, because I love the idea of the gamepad just like I loved the Wiimote and I think so many games could give better experiences with the different types of controls, some people like playing with a controller all the time but I like to try things that are new and enjoy it when it works well. But if publishers/developers don’t want to support the Wii U then we as gamers miss out on trying new things. I understand though, in 2006 it was a different economy and now companies are trying to save money wherever they can, so if they feel the Wii U isn’t profitable then there’s nothing we can do. Well, I’ll have my Wii U for first party titles, my PC for third party and a PS4 for it’s first party titles and whatever else is not available on PC/Wii U. springer85 Nintendo at E3 2011′ The Wii U has FANTASTIC 3rd party support’…biggest load of bullshit in the history of gaming!!!!!! They also said the Wii U would have heaps of 3rd party games and it would not be like the Wii that just relied on 1st party titles!!LMFAO!!!!!! Truth is 3rd party NEVER had any faith in the Wii U to begin with, it was just Nintendo talking bollocks and trying to hype up the Wii U. I remember at E3 2011 when Ubisoft were asked about if Rayman Legends would ever make it to multi platform and they stayed silent!! Nintendo NEVER should have gone for the core gamer as they never did in over 30 years!! Wii biggest selling top 20 games 17 were from Nintendo…..yeah great idea Nintendo to think 3rd party games would be as popular as your first party!! If it was not for Capcom and Sega Nintendo would be finished!! springer85 I am such a dumbass springer85 LMFAO it is the PATHETIC Nintendo GUZZLER who copies my name just as I tell the truth about the Gimmick U!!!LMFAO!!! Aww just as the Wii U will be Nintendo’s last ever home console try not to cry!! BWAHAHAHAHA springer85 I am still a dumbass LMFAO!!! Spirnger85 is the pathetic nerds who lives in his moms basement hating on the wii u!! LMFAO!!!!!! springer85 LMFAO and you are a 30 year old VIRGIN!!!!! You cannot handle that your beloved Nintendo has failed with the Gimmick U and is gonna be destroyed by the next gen!! Big AAA games do not arrive till mid 2014!!! Talk about you being ripped off!! BWAHAHAHAHA Cube forget this, please get Street Fighter 4 on the Wii U!!!!!!!!!!! Please!!!!! Paul I figured there was a chance with Namco working with Nintendo on Smash…wanted Link in it…damn InterTreble Who cares? I have and I’ll have TOO MUCH games to play for Wii U. TOO MUCH. One game isn’t coming to Wii U? I couldn’t care less! I prefer thinking about the bulk of indie, first party and also third party games which have already come and will come to our console. They are enough, and pretty better than Soul Calibour, in most cases. Definitely. devmiles forget about it, this game just won’t come to wii-u Johny abit offtopic… isn’t link in Soul calibur 2 ? well thats kinda ironic for it to NOT come on a nintendo platform… or is that some other SC .. thanks 😛 TaintedXGamer Fuck that! Give it to US too! We had link as a Exclusive character in SC2 on the gamecube! Deezy SC2 for the PS2 was better anyway cause you play as heihachi from the tekken series. Steve Well, they have a legitimate reason. The system’s poor sales are really discouraging. So, I don’t blame them. But Nintendo better do something fast. Saleh Sbeiti Why doesn’t Nintendo prompt them to release it on Wii U? Daniel Gonzalez I’m sure they tried that, but they can’t force them. Chris Aita That is a very poor excuse either way. Think about it, these guys are working on the next Super Smash Brothers. There is next to no reason for this game not to appear on the Wii U. While I agree that it is nice that they did not bash the system, in the end it’s still shady. Daniel Gonzalez It’s shady that they don’t want to port their game to a system that doesn’t have a large enough install base which won’t bring in enough profit? I don’t see the logic in that. Chris Aita And the original game was on a system that didn’t have a large install base as well (GameCube) and that managed to be the best selling version because of a lad in green garb and superior performance? The recently released Rayman Legends is selling better on Wii U than on Xbox 360 and PS3 meanwhile the Wii U has this low install base? Indeed, I do NOT see the logic in that. Fluke? Maybe, but the fact is that they shouldn’t sell off the Wii U so easily while they are still making games for it. Besides, Soul Caliber 2 was on GameCube and it was the best version not even because of Link; because it ran the best on it. Besides, IT CAME OUT ON NINTENDO’S HARDWARE ANYWAY. Wind Waker HD runs on the same assets as the GameCube version. SCII could technically do the same. There really is no excuse. Namco should just release it on the Wii U and see how it goes, and of course give us Link. I’d be all over that in minutes. Daniel Gonzalez That was then dude. This is now. Lol. They obviously don’t see what you see. Back then I can bet it cost them money just to port it and most likely lost money because of it, despite the sales. Point is, they’re not going to go through it again and they made up their minds. They’re developing a game that they know will sell on the Wii U, which isn’t even their own franchise anyways. Big difference. Whether we like it or not, that’s business. While you may not like it, respect their wishes. At least they’re helping develop a franchise the Nintendo fans grown to love. It’s not illogical of what they’re doing, they’re doing what’s best for their company, and that I can respect. TalesOfBS I will remember that later Namco. Gregg Cerenzio It’s simple. If you want the WiiU to succeed, and want to see the games you want, stop WAITING for THIS and WAITING FOR THAT, and I’ll pick it up WHEN… and just GO GET A WIIU. [CMD] DEATH The reason people aren’t buying the Wii U like crazy is cause THEY ARE NOT BRINGING THE GAMES TO IT!!! These devs keep holding back on it which people are like “it hardly has any games, I’m not gonna get one right now.” Gosh! Just bring your dang games to the Wii U and people will support it! Adrian Brown the title reads “Soul Caliber” olajuwon_patterson yeah i dont blame namco for this we need a larger install base. TEKKEN get on my level lol love that game Jose Luis Friendly, honest response. I like it. beans The irony is that if they made it — with Link — it would probably sell quite well.
