We’ve shown you different Pokemon Rumble U sets coming out of Japan for some time now, but The Pokemon Company International just announced today that Pokemon Rumble U will be coming to the Wii U Nintendo eShop on August 15th in Europe. The game tells the tale of a mishap at a toy Pokemon shop, where Pokemon capsules are swept downriver and wash up on a riverbank, where they must make their way back to the Toy Pokemon Shop. The game features all 649 current Pokemon from Pokemon Black & White 2, with several hundred moves from the series. Players will also be able to go at the adventure solo, or choose to play with friends. Up to four players can choose to play together cooperatively in order to defeat the enemy Pokemon, or you can choose to have head to head battles against one another. No mention of NFC has been made for this European version, but we’ll keep you updated. North American users will have to wait as well, as this press release is strictly for Europe. No pricing information was given at this time. local_offer Nintendo Pokemon Rumble U the pokemon company wii u stars Further Reading New Zelda Breath of the Wild trailer and game Super Mario Maker Wii U vs 3DS comparison (vi Get Ocarina of Time on 3DS for only $14 New teaser site for Zelda: Breath of the Wild released How to track NES Classic Mini stock in time for Christmas Indie game Stardew Valley moves from Wii U to Justis Bistawros Good for you people of europe. For different sides of the world we all get to rumble it up. Mr. J are you kidding me I live in tennessee……… crap Brandon Gardner I am from TN!!!! What part? I am from Nashville! Mr. J knoxville Radojko95 I don’t know If I’m going to buy this … It depends on price of figurines 😛 Bob Charlie You old worlders do get screwed over sometimes in terms of gaming, so it’s good to see early releases for EU guys ¦) Christopher Acuna Perhaps, but this game, IMO, looks GARBAGE! We need a true Poke game for home consoles not this crap Michael Jurado I thought this game was going to be lame but I played it with some peeps (well the previous versions) and honestly you can get some pretty decent laughs out of it 🙂 it’s just one of those games that’s more fun with more people you know, like Mario Party Brandon Gardner Nintendo needs to make a real RPG Pokemon game for the Wii U like Pokemon Stadium with online capability that will make the system sell like hotcakes…. I don’t know what’s taking them so long to do it Luca Invernizzi I think they are trying to milk their cow for the last portable console. After a couple of pokemon for 3DS, they’ll probably switch to a console version. My 2 cents. Brandon Gardner I understand but just like how Mario 3d World looks just like Mario 3d Land and Super Smash Bros for both 3ds and wii u look pretty similar and the new donkey Kong game that was just released on the 3ds and the upcoming one for the wii u…. Nintendo can make a Pokemon game on the wii u and still have Pokemon black and white 2 for the 3DS. Luca Invernizzi You common sense is flawless. I have no answer, I just think that a big change like handheld–>home console will be done only when there is nothing else to do. Brandon Gardner Yeah man let’s just pray and hope that Nintendo figures “something” out sooner rather than later….. ICHI Because the developers said they feel it suits portable systems more than home ones so they don’t want to do a proper pokemon game for Wii U http://gengame.net/2013/01/pokemon-x-y-arent-on-wii-u-because-game-freak-believes-in-the-social-power-of-handhelds/ Brandon Gardner I mean the same reason of why they want to keep it on the portable system is the same way the Wii U works as well…. I respect that but even something like pokemon stadium sequel will do…. I think they can come up with something for the wii u besides this Rumble U game ICHI Oh I think that the Wii u is more social than a 3DS, the miiverse allows people with the same games to meet without that awkward knowing or not knowing if the person you just met even likes games let alone owns Pokemon. And if I ask another kid if they want to fight my squirtle I may get my house burned down. Brandon Gardner LOL sd Well they still have unannounced titles so it could be happening. Baum 「ツリー」 No, please not a Stadium(like) console game again…What I want is something like Pokemon XD with a longer story (kinda felt it was too short, but that’s just my opinion ^^) crocodileman94 I’m going to buy it. Will probably be my only chance to catch ’em all… crocodileman94 According to Mynintendonews.com, the American release is the 29th Edward They better promote it to all the kids. I mean commercials on Nickelodeon, Disney, Cartoon Network, and any other kids programming. Otherwise how would they know this is even out. Justin Carlson If they sell the Toy figures in toy sections in stores, then kids will want them and find out that it’s a Wii U game too! Brandon Gardner I agree that’s Nintendo’s problem is the lack of marketing…. This game can be a hit for kids Edward For sure, it could move some units if the kids would ask their parents for a Wii U to play some Pokémon Rumble U, NSMBU, and Pikmin 3. Ice Climbers Comes out on August 29th for North America. Lil J Moore Give me a remake of blue and red built for the WiiU in a 3d world. I’ll buy ten copies for the hell of it. Empire State of Mind Trying to get support for this 4 player DBZ melee type game coming out this year for all other systems but the WiiU. It would be a perfect match for the Wii as the game style is very unique. Dragon Ball Z Battle of Z is going to be an awesome title and us WiiU owners deserve it. Please take a moment to sign the petition. Here is the petition http://www.change.org/petitions/namco-bandai-bring-dragon-ball-z-battle-of-z-to-the-wiiu-as-well Here is a preview of the game. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dMD6j3_63N8 TechTrooper64 Ashley can you update this post to Say that they released the release date for North America which is August 29th Joyous Killer I really enjoyed my Wii Version, I guess Ill pick it up, should be better, right?
