Yesterday after we posted the Octodad: Dadliest Catch announcement for the Wii U version, several of you stated you had no idea what the game was like or how it controls. The game originally debuted on PS4 and PC earlier this year and has you assume the role of Octodad, a dad who also happens to be an octopus. You can control each tentacle with a different button and you have to perform every day tasks so you don’t blow your cover. It sounds pretty silly and that’s because it is, but it’s good light-hearted fun that you’ll find from any physics based game with a great dash of humor thrown in. You can see some gameplay of the Wii U version in the video above to help you decide whether or not you should pick up the game. Octodad: Dadliest Catch is headed to Wii U on October 29. local_offer Nintendo octodad: dadliest catch wii u stars Further Reading Is Nintendo shafting Axiom Verge because of Dan Adelman?
