Things are heating up shortly before E3, with rumors that Pokemon Stars will be announced for the Nintendo Switch at the event. To add fuel to that fire, someone noticed that both Nintendo of America and Japan have completely removed the Pokemon Direct from February of last year that showcased Sun & Moon. Nintendo UK still has it up.

There’s some speculation that the removal of these trailers is to prep for the upcoming announcement of a Pokemon game for Nintendo Switch, which is speculated to be called Pokemon Stars. Some people believe that Nintendo is trying to avoid confusion with the announcement, since Sun and Moon are 3DS products, while Stars would be a Switch product.

This is all highly speculative at this point and nothing has been confirmed at this time, but we’re betting we’ll see something soon and before E3. What do you think?
