Mass Effect 3 Wii U
The Mass Effect 3 Wii U version will avoid the trouble with the ending, which sparked a huge controversy among gamers earlier this year. The original ending was criticized for lack of closure, no boss fight, and lots of plot holes — something that was almost unheard of in a Mass Effect game. Now developer BioWare has revealed that the Mass Effect 3 Wii U version will include the “Extended Cut” ending, which was released for free on other consoles earlier this month. The Extended Cut includes added scenes and dialogue to clarify the ending and the story.

In addition, Mass Effect 3 on Wii U will include the “Earth” multiplayer DLC, which includes several new multiplayer maps, characters, weapons, and more. EA hasn’t announced a release date for Mass Effect 3 on the Wii U, but it’s widely expected that it’ll be a launch title. We’re still waiting for the first footage and screenshots of the game. Hopefully BioWare and EA will use the tablet controller in an interesting and useful way.

It just won’t have the same impact with having only one of the three games on the Wii U. They should’ve brought the whole trilogy to the Wii U, tbh.

    • Raul

But then people would have complained and laughed about the Wii U getting ports. Hypocrisy.

    • Man

Agreed they should have made a trilogy pack with a hard case and some small figures and a poster also a ME3 decerated Pro Controller 🙂 FTW! Buuuuuuuuuutttt EA is to greedy to do that.

Well I would expect it to be included. It would be kinda pointless for it to be made an optional download since its already out for ps360

I will be getting this anyway not too fussed on the story i just want some action so jus number 3 for me will do

It’s not like it matters if the Wii U version comes with it or not. The other consoles can already download it for free.

I’ll probably end playing this on the Wii U, since I unfortunately lost my Mass effect 2 save files.
Its just a pity that Wii U owners wont be able to play Mass effect 2 wich is, dare I say, one of the 5 best games of this generation.

I feel within 10 years Mass Effect 2 will still be one of my favorite games of all time. The final battle at the end of the game, which included such awesome decision making that could lead to the death of your team, will always be a classic.

I will buy ME3 I own a ps3 but never play ME 3 or 2 just 1 in 360 so if ea make ME e & 2 in a special edition bundle like god of war in ps3 I will buy it

  • Paul

played the ps3 version and was a brillant game but ending looked rubbish

if ea take advantage of the wii u tablet and has the online co op features will pick it up but if not will leave it alone
