Yesterday Deep Silver released a new trailer for Mighty No. 9, showcasing some gameplay behind a terrible voice-over that the Internet has lambasted. The YouTube video now has over 10k dislikes and only 1.5k likes, so I think it’s safe to say the trailer just hasn’t gone over well with the intended audience. Inti Creates CEO Takuya Aizu addressed the new trailer for the game with the same wonder that I did when I posted the video yesterday. It’s bad and Deep Silver should feel bad for the marketing campaign. ひどいな。このPVは何なんだよ。 What the hell was D*** *il*** thinking making a crappy PV like this?! Unforgivable. — Takuya Aizu (@t_aizu) May 26, 2016 Why is his opinion important? He’s the CEO of the developer that assisted Comcept in bringing the game to life on various platforms. Whether you think the news is subjective or not, there’s no denying that this trailer is bad when the CEO of one of the companies who produced the product is angry at its marketing efforts from the publisher. local_offer Mighty No. 9 Nintendo wii u stars Further Reading Is Nintendo shafting Axiom Verge because of Dan Adelman?
