Wii U game sale
Wii U owners have seen plenty of great deals over the past six moths, especially when retailers started offering huge discounts on the Wii U. Now we’re getting some great discounts on games. In the US, electronics retailer Frys has a huge sale on Wii U games, offering 3 great titles for just $60.

Frys has bundled ZombiU, Nintendo Land, and Sonic and All-Stars racing and offers all three games together for just $60. Regular price would have been $130, according to Frys.

Of course, if you have the Wii U Deluxe version, you already have Nintendo Land. Unfortunately, the bundle is locked and you can’t swap any of the games 🙁

You can find the deal here.

    • Erik Nilsson

      • tooby77

Ok its from 379 to 642 sek. Depend where u look m8

  • Christian Schoff

Lol. I already have all 3.

    • tooby77

I understand why u lol. I should lol too if i bought them at overprice

  • Squid

That’s nice. But I have two out of 3

  • Ibi Salmon

Three games for the price of one. That is a great deal.

  • Linskarmo

Too bad I already have two of those games. 🙁 That’s a great deal.

  • Excellent deal indeed, to bad NoE still is to focussed on 3DS, new 3DS deal in Europe (maybe only in the Netherlands though) buy 3 games for the 3DS and upon registering the 3 games you get the fourth for free as digital download.

In this deal are the following games: Castlevania Lords of Shadow:mof, Luigi’s Mansion 2:dm, Monster Hunter 3u, Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D, Fire Emblem:A and one more forgot which one, got MH3U today, Had Castlevania for a while now, and will get DKC later then download FE 🙂 Awesome deal too but NoE really must focus waaaaayyyyy more on the Wii U itself.

The full list consists of 8 games actually:
Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate (Nintendo 3DS-version)
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow – Mirror of Fate
      Luigi’s Mansion 2
      Fire Emblem Awakening
Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to infinity
      Animal Crossing: New Leaf
LEGO City Undercover: The Chase Begins
      Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D

I already own Luigi’s Mansion 2 and Fire Emblem Awakening and I’ll
probably get Animal crossing when it comes out. The problem is that I’m
not really interested in any of the other games on the list. (I already
own Monster Hunter on Wii U and Donkey Kong on Wii). :/

      • What about Waluigi Moonshine?

  • thedeciderU

i guess you could technically buy this, then resell a couple of the games for a profit… if you already have some of them. hmmm… more money to spend on more games.

    now, for an aside:
nintendo needs third-party support and a more rapid release schedule. i know, i know, they’re working on it, and i’m ungrateful. bla bla bla. for anyone reading this, i want this great console to succeed and get the respect it deserves, but nintendo needs to up the bar on many fronts. they’ve done a fantastic job with this spring update, and i hope the summer update continues to improve everything they’ve already done and more (load times, folders for games, many more vc options).

it is a great system for the value – now they need to fill out their software library. i’ve got many high hopes for fall 2013.

buy the 3 and goto walmart and trade them in for other games just say they were a gift and you want to exchange them that way you can have 3 different games

      • Bob Brochee

For sure. I can think of 3. Injustice, Most Wanted U and Lego City.

        • thedeciderU

zombiu is awesome and tense – i’d love to try most wanted u. as for lego city, get it! i’m almost through the story and it’s lots of fun.

      • JumpMan

i’d trade Sonic Racing for Lego City & NintendoLand for Batman! and of course keep ZombiU. i still dont have it D:

  • D.M.T

If i was in U.S., I would probably buy them and then sell Sonic Racing and Nintendo Land since I already own them and keep ZombiU

  • Adrian

This would be a great bundle for Wii U basic ownders who just have NSMBU. Although, I have no interest in Sonic racing.

    • Dorfdad

You should rethink that one. Sonic Racing is the Best Kart racer out there! Yes I said it.. Better than Mario Kart even.. I didn’t think I would like it but damn if it’s not made me love kart racers once again!

      • Adrian

Haha, thanks. I’ll keep that in mind!

  • anyone else kinda see this as not good? They’re doing what playstation and xbox done after being out for years and close to the end of its life cycle and the Wii U hasnt been out even a year yet, not even half a year. :/ just concerned about my investment in the wii u

    • Agent721

You have a point, but I live next to a Frys in L.A. and they discount heavily. I picked up Sin & Punishment for the Wii for $4.99 there, 16 gig micro sds for under $10, Tron:Special Edition X360 normally over $100 for $19.99, and on and on. Id point out that Sonic Racing is not a big seller on any console and double so on the console with an upcoming mariokart, N Land was picked by most with the black console purchase and quite frankly, I thought Zombie U sucked, it was reviewed poorly and probably sold under projections. Theres a reason SMBU 2 & scribblenauts are not in this deal! But Frys also did the same bundling years ago with the PS3 & 360…I remember they had 3 game packs with cod2, Saints Row and the zombie game inside the mall for about the same price years ago.

  • makkan

too bad i already got nintendo land and zombi u

  • hikkerd

wow that is even less money than zombie u on the eshop (in europe)

  • Tim van Broekhoven

Is this also available in Europe?

  • the regular price would normally be $160.

  • Buzzeh

Damn, I already have 2 of these!

  • You know what this means…

  • Jack5221

Even though I already have Nintendo Land from getting the Black Wii U, I still bought this bundle. 2 games for 60$ is not bad. Plus, I gave the extra copy of Nintendo Land to a friend of mine who bought a white Wii U, so it all worked out.
