    Xbox Live Games with Gold (April 2017)

    Microsoft has announced the Games with Gold line-up for April 2017.

    Xbox Live Gold subscribers will be able to download:

    Available Platform Title Meta
    April 1, 2017 Xbox One Ryse: Son of Rome (Microsoft, 2013) 60
    April 16, 2017 Xbox One The Walking Dead: Season Two (Telltale, 2014) -
    April 1, 2017 Xbox 360 Darksiders (THQ, 2010) 83
    April 16, 2017 Xbox 360 Assassin's Creed: Revelations (Ubisoft, 2011) 80
    As has been the case every month since it was introduced, both Xbox 360 titles will also be playable on Xbox One through backward compatibility.

    For a comparison to previous months:

    2017: January, February, March.
    2016: January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December.

    Feel free to discuss the games on offer, the Games with Gold program and what you'd like to see in the future.

    I liked it. It's very similar to II and Brotherhood, but it is good.

    Darksiders is excellent. I'm surprised it's being made available through BC since the remaster is available natively on Xbox One and only released a few months ago.

    I guess so people who have it lying around can use it, plus it enabled them to just give it away in games for gold and gives the player the option to just accept the BC version or pay for remastered seperately
