I really like sushi, but I don't wanna die man! Haha. Although I am sure I have had sushi at some questionable places before... Never a gas station though!

After trying the Chalupa, I think I like the cravings deal better. It's really good.

As for McDonald's, I can't stand the place. I love their Cokes, ice cream, and chocolate chip cookies. I like some of their breakfast. But everything else is pretty sub par. Yet even so, I have tried the Grand Mac. My assessment is that I'll never have another one. It just wasn't that great. I actually think the Mac Junior, or whatever it is, is a better value. I thought it would be one of those small cheeseburger patties, but it's bigger than that. The normal Big Mac is still the best of the 3, in my opinion. The others are worth trying once, though.

It's not my favorite, but there are definitely types of sushi and seafood that I like a lot. I love crab, scallops, and about any fried and breaded fish or shrimp. We have a pretty new Hibachi place close by now, and we went with my brother when he was in town. He's a big sushi person. If you get the right stuff, it's really not too bad. They have a type of sushi here they call Hope Rolls, and they're amazing. I've tried others that are nasty, though. You usually can't go wrong with California Rolls.

You guys really need to start eating better. I made balsamic and honey glazed chicken, roasted potatoes, and asparagus last night. It literally took 15 minutes to throw together, about an hour to cook, and probably cost less than $10 to feed two plus lunch today.

You can eat McDonalds every day and lose weight. It's not what you eat, it's how much you eat.

That's only partially true, however. Things like sugar are stored as fats, so eating a diet high in sugar, even if you're eating smaller portions is still bad for your weight loss (as well as a number of other things).

I went ahead and tried the Grand Mac. I won't ever be getting it again. It wasn't horrible. It was filling and tasted like... Well a bigger big mac. But the bread was stale, which ruined it for me. Something I have come to expect crom McD's which is why I rarely ever go. Their breakfast is good though.

The only reason to ever go to McDonald's other than breakfast is for a McRib. I don't know what they put in it, or if it's even real food, but it's so delicious.

I know. But it's much easier to eat low carbs.
I used to be hungry all the time before, but now I usually just have 2-3 meals everyday without snacks in between and I don't feel hungry.
I just need to keep the carbs under 50g every day.

No, I cheaped out and bought the Kroger brand instead. You get a few more ounces for the same price, and they're pretty much exactly the same thing.

By the way, I had Wendy's for lunch, and we're going to Texas Roadhouse tonight.

Eating a couple of White Castle's cheeseburgers from the freezer section at Kroger. They're not nearly as good as fresh ones from White Castle's.

Made a poor man's dinner for myself tonight. Ramen noodles with the water drained, with spaghetti meat sauce instead of the power salt crap they give you in the packets. It's not bad honestly. Ridiculously unhealthy? Probably. But it almost tastes like spaghetti!

I always drain most of the water for my ramen. Down with excess broth!

You're probably right, but I already had ramen at my place. Plus, I am a terrible cook. My ex used to do all the cooking.

I'm actually starting to eat a little healthier. I've been eating a lot of salads for lunch lately, and it's actually a pretty great change after all the junk I usually eat.

Today, I had two Filet-o-Fish for $4, though.

Hahah yeah there was a time last year when I was eating pretty much only healthy stuff but I've kinda fallen off the rails recently.

I got ripped off at this chipotle-like place. It's exactly like chipotle, same prices but they skimp out on the beans and meat. It's about only half or 40 percent if what chipotle gives.

I could have went to the fried rice teriyaki chicken place right next to it and got double meat for the same price :O

You have to try nongshim shin ramen, it is SO much better than the 10 cent stuff. It's a dollar per packet about but it is with every penny.

I still haven't ever been to an actual Chipotle, haha. Heard good things about it though. Mexican food is the best though! I think we have some of the best Mexican food in Texas. About the only good thing about this state, lol.

What was it called? I like Qdoba. I haven't been to one, but I hear Moe's burrito place is good.
