Despite the North American Club Nintendo often receiving more updates than its European counterpart, it always seems like the European Club Nintendo has a better selection of items for its fans. Today Nintendo of Europe tweeted the latest addition to the Club Nintendo store, an extremely nifty Legend of Zelda-themed carrying case for just about anything you want to put in it.

It clocks in at a hefty 4,000 stars, so you’ll need to have quite a bit of savings if you want to pick this up. Either way, it’s handsome and here’s to hoping Club Nintendo of America gets something similar!

  • OMG! Please bring it to the states! PLEASE!!!!!!

  • Bust4cap

    looks ugly

  • Googs

    4000 stars? Holy shit.

    • TheChosen

that is not much when you consider you can get whole games (GBA, GBC etc) which are still worth ~40 Euros (or around 50 dollars). 4000 Stars = 40 euros (around that). But, if you use them in Wiishop, they are only worth ~15 dollars (1500 points). So you see? 4000 is a joke for this!
Man, there was a statue long ago for 10.000 stars. THIS was expensive! 100 euros = 120 dollars, dude. Don`t forget that.

  • David Plugge
  • Agaton Atienza

Holy! 4,000? The whole Wii U library wouldnt even make 4,000 points!

    • Tom Hoskins

funny that as I have 7850 stars and started with my wii u at release. Though I have also got a 3dsxl with several games…

    • David Trail

      Idiot detected!

      • Agaton Atienza

Cmon guys you didnt get the joke? Wii U Library and all? Gotta get some air around here.

  • Yuuki

Meanwhile we have nothing but crap in America~

    • Heavy metal Luigi

Meanwhile we don’t even have club Nintendo in Scandinavia.. :/

  • Josh Warren

    Looks cool! I want one.

  • greengecko007

Meanwhile, the North American club Nintendo rewards have been greeting cards and patches for the past several months. You better believe I’m jealous.

    • Colton Kelsey

I’m sure Japan’s awards are better too.

    • Badouken

      Several months? Try several years…

      • anonEngadget

There’s been some pretty cool stuff as recently as this spring. It’s only been months.

  • bistricky

    The Plan:
BUY all Nintendo Wii U games …. register them all for “stars” …. learn you have to buy more games (lol) ….. buy more? …… Get “The Legend of Zelda Carry Case”

    • Ben the Nerd

      You mean “rupees”?

  • ScrewAttack

Sweet, just ordered one. Was saving up all my stars to splurge on those awesome Mario Kart trophies that were on before…..but the scalpers got there first 🙁

EDIT: Also, as this belongs no where else- WALUIGI guy, this is for you

  • Andrew Gonzalez

The states need something cool like this.

  • Mr Ninty

as a toyfactory. nintendo has little fun stuff on this site like a plush yoshi or a mario kart kart.

    • steveb944

Plushes are sold at retail locations. I bought a Yoshi and Koopa at Nintendo World in NY.

  • BIG Franky

so….. purses are an option now? glad to see Nintendo reaching out to the lady gamers.

    • ScrewAttack

Take it you’ve never showered when away from home before, and thus don’t know what a shower bag is….

EDIT: Thinking about it, you also apparently don’t know what a purse looks like. Leave your dungeon once in a while!

      • BIG Franky

LOL…. when showering away from home I usually use the soap/shampoo in the hotel… I don’t need a purse to carry that shit.

        • ScrewAttack

          How…..lower class….

  • I think you mean “stunning?” It’s kind of ugly in a cheap way, and I’m all for elda themed stuff. Looks like a shaving kit case to me.

    • Asturias_Knytt

Elda themed stuff? Like a big bomb bag themed sachet for your dentures? xD

      • Lol, I’d love to have one of those when I’m 70!

        • Asturias_Knytt

          I’m on it xD

    • ScrewAttack

Pretty sure it is indeed a shaving kit case bud. I quite like it 🙂

    • SnappyJon

      That’s exactly what it is.

It’s a travel case for your toiletries with the Zelda logo screen printed on the outside and some Nintendo zip fastenings.

The sad thing is that it’s possibly the best thing in the current selection from Club Nintendo. 🙁

  • Asturias_Knytt

    Yeaaaaah…no exagerration there.

    Clickbait bulllsh****************************t!

    • ScrewAttack

Hardly. What else did you expect but a picture and a link?

      • Asturias_Knytt

        Something that looks ‘stunning’.

Do I have to spell it out?

        • ScrewAttack

Opinions are subjective, just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean others dont think it’s stunning.

Your lack of grace leaves me stunned, if that makes you feel better.

EDIT: it also, regardless, doesn’t qualify as fecking clickbait just because you don’t like it.

          • Asturias_Knytt

Grace? lol okay. If you think this is stunning your opinion is not worthy of public space. Also, I feel great. Thanks for caring.

          • ScrewAttack

What a spacker, smh. The world needs less rejects like you.

  • Colton Kelsey

Look for it at the UK Ebay/amazon. problem solved.

  • steveb944

At first I was really excited and jealous of this.. But then I thought what would I need a purse for and what would I store? I’ll keep my crappy virtual console options.

  • Asturias_Knytt

I’d buy a whole more games (digital) if Nintendo left the stone ages behind them and gave us an account system. I could have even afforded this tacky monstrosity. Still, when there’s demand eBay is your best friend…

  • You know…Nintendo Voice Chat talked about this. Nintendo. You’re fucking up.

  • j12345690

damn i am lazy when it comes to my club nintendo account the last time i put any codes in was in 2009

    • TheChosen

that is really bad! You know that codes do expire! If you don`t give them in within ~ 5 years they expire and you won`t get any more coins for it. Also- you coins in the account expire now too. Means, even if you had stars in your account, this was 5 years ago- they are gone now. They also are expired.

    • j12345690

eh oh well i didn’t have many coins one there any way but thanks for the into man

  • Mike Cupar

Club Nintendo of America is a bit of a disappointment add of late. I think they are heading to digital download only. Currently they have more digital download then physical items. I love my collection of Club Nintendo items and hope the keep bringing them out here.

  • Ace

Typical that the gamers in Europe get that cool shit but Americans get jack shit.

    • Strand

It’s not ‘typical.’ I’ve been jealous of the NA store items like the gold nunchuck, Zelda game case, Majora’s Mask soundtrack and the ability to spend coins on digital games. To say the coins in the EU/AU store have been burning a hole in our pockets is an understatement, this is the first ‘decent’ product in a loooong time.

  • Natural Harmonia

    How is this stunning?
