Aside from Pokemon X & Y, The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds is perhaps the most anticipated upcoming Nintendo 3DS title. As previously stated by series producer Eiji Aonuma, the series deviates from the standard Zelda formula, as it allows you to complete the dungeons in any order, while also renting and buying weapons from a shop.

The above comparison shows off the light and dark worlds in the game, with several noticeable differences. Can you spot them all? The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between worlds will be released on November 22nd in North America and Europe.

excited about this one. i am hesitant to the the new item/weapon format but hey, i always welcome change. if it ends up being no good we can always play the SNES cartridge prequel….that one’s tops!

Ashley are you hinting at subtle differences or all the obvious color scheme change and skulls? This is not sarcasm, I’m actually curious.

  • Mine’s preordered already and a week off after it’s release so my body and days+nights are ready 😀

  • Wiiluigi

This is gonna be good! But uh am I the only one who hates this weaponry rental? Feels like cheating to me? I mean what happened to search, find and explore?

    • Michael Jurado

I like the weaponry rentals personally I beat this game years ago and another purchase + another play through would kinda be like ugh seriously but with the rentals I can approach an old game with a new method 🙂

      • Wiiluigi

Very true. I did not see it that way. I guess a new way to play is kind of exciting.

This game is looking better and better to bad I can’t afford it -_-
